Purpose
These draft rules help protect Wirtu, clients, users, connected systems, and third-party platforms. They apply to use of Wirtu services, websites, automations, AI agents, software, integrations, and related access, subject to the applicable project agreement.
Prohibited use
- Illegal activity, fraud, scams, money laundering, or evasion of legal obligations.
- Impersonation, deceptive representations, credential theft, phishing, or unauthorized account use.
- Unauthorized access, probing, exploitation, interference, denial-of-service activity, or bypassing security controls.
- Creating, distributing, or deploying malicious software, harmful code, or content intended to damage systems or people.
- Unlawful collection, sale, profiling, disclosure, or misuse of personal information.
- Unauthorized spam, bulk messaging, robocalling, or communications that violate applicable rules or recipient preferences.
- Privacy violations, harassment, abuse, or processing sensitive data without an appropriate basis and safeguards.
- Infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property, confidential information, or publicity rights.
- Violation of Google, WhatsApp, CRM, hosting, AI, payment, advertising, or other third-party platform policies.
Client and user responsibilities
You must have the rights and permissions needed for data, content, accounts, APIs, contacts, and instructions supplied to Wirtu. You must review automated and AI-generated outputs, maintain appropriate human oversight, and promptly report misuse or security concerns.
Enforcement
Wirtu may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend access, stop a workflow, remove content, or terminate a service when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, third-party requirements, or protection of people and systems.
