Privacy Policy

A clear draft of how Wirtu handles information on this website and distinguishes its own lead data from client-controlled project data.

About this notice

This draft explains the information Wirtu Tech may handle through wirtu.tech and during service engagements. It is not legal advice and has not been independently verified for a particular jurisdiction. Wirtu should complete the owner inputs and obtain qualified legal review before publishing.

A. Information Wirtu collects for its own business

When you use the contact form, you may provide your name, email address, selected service, project budget, and project details. Wirtu uses this information to respond to enquiries, understand project needs, prepare proposals, and communicate about potential work.

The form currently uses React Hook Form in the browser. If the optional Supabase configuration is present, the form submits these fields to a Supabase table named contact_messages. If it is not configured, the form does not submit the data and directs you to email Wirtu instead.

Technical information

The website may be served through hosting, CDN, and security infrastructure that receives standard request information such as an IP address, browser type, device information, requested URL, timestamps, and error logs. The current repository does not identify the production hosting provider or its log practices. [OWNER INPUT REQUIRED]

Analytics, cookies, and tracking

The current repository does not include analytics scripts, advertising pixels, application-managed cookies, local storage, session storage, or a marketing tracker. Necessary cookies or technical logs may still be created by a production hosting provider or third-party service. Confirm the production environment before publishing. [OWNER INPUT REQUIRED]

B. Information Wirtu processes for clients

When Wirtu builds or operates AI automation, n8n workflows, AI agents, CRM systems, custom software, websites, or integrations, a client may provide or make available information about its customers, staff, suppliers, or users. In those circumstances Wirtu may process information on the client's instructions and for the client's business purposes. The client remains responsible for deciding what data is used and why unless the applicable agreement says otherwise.

The systems, providers, locations, retention periods, access controls, and deletion steps for client project data are project-specific. They are not defined by this public website. A separate data map and, where appropriate, data-processing agreement or security schedule should be completed for each engagement. [OWNER INPUT REQUIRED]

Service providers and international processing

The website may rely on Supabase for optional contact-form storage. The repository does not identify Wirtu's production hosting provider, email provider, CRM, AI provider, automation platform, backup provider, or other subprocessors. Do not treat this notice as a complete subprocessor list until those services are confirmed. [OWNER INPUT REQUIRED]

Some providers may process information in countries different from the visitor or client. The applicable locations and transfer arrangements must be confirmed for the live service and for each client project. [OWNER INPUT REQUIRED]

Retention and deletion

Wirtu should retain information only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, contractual obligations, dispute handling, security, or other documented business needs. The current codebase does not define retention periods, backups, or an automated deletion workflow for contact submissions. [OWNER INPUT REQUIRED]

To request correction or deletion of information submitted through this website, contact firomsa@wirtu.tech. Wirtu should verify the request, check applicable obligations, and document the response process before publishing. [OWNER INPUT REQUIRED]

Security

Wirtu should use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information handled. The public code documents an insert-only Supabase policy for contact submissions, but it does not independently verify the production database configuration, provider controls, backups, staff access, or incident response process. [OWNER INPUT REQUIRED]

Privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live and the context of the processing, you may have choices or rights relating to access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent. The available process and any applicable legal exceptions should be confirmed for Wirtu's chosen business location and the people whose information it handles. [OWNER INPUT REQUIRED]

Updates and contact

Wirtu may update this notice when its website, services, providers, or data practices change. The publication date and change-history process are still to be decided. [OWNER INPUT REQUIRED]

Privacy questions and requests can be sent to firomsa@wirtu.tech. Wirtu's legal business name and notice address should be confirmed before publication. [OWNER INPUT REQUIRED]
